Candy Stretch Wrapping Machine

The candy wrapping machine is intended for solid products that are irregular, cubical, cylindrical, square, or rectangular in shape. It can pack one product per bag, with the number per pouch adjustable as needed. The feeding system comprises manual and automatic feeders, as well as conveyor and trolley options. The temperature controller is based on PID (Programmable Integral Derivative), and the machine control is based on PLC (Programmable Logic Control).

The maximum roll width is 380 mm, and compressed air is needed at a rate of 6 CFM @ 6 Bar. The pouch/sealing type is pillow type/center seal, with length (60-140), width (35-150), and height (10-70)mm pouch measurements. The machine consumes 3 kW of power and produces 30-140 pouches per minute, depending on laminate, product size, and shape.

The electric supply required is 220 V AC, single phase, 50 Hz, and the machine's dimensions are length (3600) x width (1500) x height (2000) mm. The net weight of the machine is 650 kg. Optional attachments are available at an extra cost, such as an electronic coding device.
